How do you calculate my shipping cost?
We calculate cost based on chargeable weight, which is whichever is higher — the actual weight or the volumetric weight created by your shipment’s dimensions. This ensures accurate pricing before the shipment is booked.

At minimum, you need a Commercial Invoice, HS Codes, Packing List and product details. Depending on the destination, you may also need a Certificate of Origin or permits.

Yes. Before booking, we do a full compliance check (HS codes, valuation, packaging, restricted items). This prevents the most common causes of customs holds.
